Administration Assistant

SF Group are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for their client based in Nottingham City Centre on a 6-12 weeks temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching into customer’s bills
  • Looking for errors and resolving them
  • This role will involve a lot of problem solving
  • The role will involve a lot of attention to detail
  • Arranging for new letters to be sent to customers
  • General administration duties
  • Dealing with system reports
  • Updating internal database

Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm
Salary: £8.50 per hour
