I am looking for an experienced Administrator to work with my client in Manchester . This role involves supporting a team of 3-4 Senior Members of staff with their Administration on a daily basis. Duties include entering client and personal information on a bespoke database while paying attention to detail yet working in a timely fashion. In addition the role will involve general administration duties. Therefore a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
In addition to this you will also be liaising with clients on the phone and if face to face in the office if need be to deal with any queries and offer assistance therefore a good, confident telephone Manner and interpersonal skills are required.
The right person must have worked in an administration post with an excellent work ethic, self motivated and the ability to work alone, prioritising your own work load by using your initiative.
