£8.44 per hour

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility needed)


Our client, a leader in their field with brand new, gorgeous offices in Kirkstall, Leeds is looking for 6 temporary workers to join them on an immediate start for approximately 1 month. As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for handling Data and Administration as well as inbound and outbound telephone calls to the department.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to;

  • Handling incoming calls to the department
  • Responding to queries over the telephone or taking messages where appropriate
  • Making outbound calls to suppliers and third parties to gain information
  • Submit gained information onto the system accurately and quickly

To be considered for this temporary opportunity for this leading employer, you will have the following skills and experience;

  • Previous Administration experience from recent employment or internship
  • Excellent customer service skills (ideally from a phone based role)
  • Accurate and great attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
