Our Client, based in Tain has an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an administration-based role and be customer focused.
Key Responsibilities would include although not restricted to:
Ensuring efficient and smooth day to day operation of the office
Answering telephone calls, emails and all general enquiries
Providing general administrative support
Processing orders and deliveries
Downloading and sending customer monthly statements
Processing accounts receivable cheques and preparing for bank deposit
Updating company records and procedures as advised
Excellent telephone manner
MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to Detail
The successful candidate would work between 8.30 am to 13.00 pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility required. The pay rate is negotiable dependent on experience.
