Administration Assistant, permanent, legal experience/degree is essential

Your new role
Within this role you will be delivering a high quality service to students, staff and visitors, delivered with friendly diplomacy, tact and complete confidentiality as required. You will also have responsibility for all administrative work relating to student activity; ie. creation of client files; keeping records of student attendance; managing the appointments system; typing emails and reports; introduction and maintenance of scheme rotas to ensure that both student and partner organisations needs are met; assisting with Right to Work checks during the Induction process and an on-going responsibility to check that Right to Works records are up-to-date throughout the academic year.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have some legal experience, either a legal degree or work experience within a legal environment. You will also have experience working in a busy office administration role, dealing with customers both face-to-face and on the telephone.
