We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and organised Administration Assistant.
You will need to be methodical and show attention to detail. You will be able to work as part of a team, use your own initiative and be a strong communicator. Delivery of high quality and accurate work within our specified deadlines is also a key part of this role.
You will demonstrate an appreciation of robust systems and processes and consider yourself I.T. proficient particularly with Microsoft office packages such as Word and Excel.
You will be involved with:
Ensure all information being entered onto systems is accurate
Assist other team members with queries and workload when necessary
Work with internal and external customers to plan their requirements
Update Internal and external customers on job progress
Liaise with customers and assist with their queries, scheduling work and advising of updates
Skills and experience:
• Previous office administration skills are essential
• Good IT skills are essential
