A boutique law firm is looking for an enthusiastic, bright administration assistant to work on a full time permanent basis for a new opportunity at the Liversedge office. Competitive salary and flexible working.
Due to expansion plans they are looking to recruit an administration assistant to be the receptionist as well as carrying out general administration duties for the firm. If you are an enthusiastic individual who enjoys being busy, is confident and takes a pride in supporting others, then apply now for this fantastic role!
The role will include the following duties:
- Supporting the fee earning teams with filing, archiving of documents, scanning and photocopying.
- Welcoming clients to the office
- Front of house receptionist duties
- Handling incoming telephone calls, taking messages from clients,
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
The successful administration assistant will have a great attention to detail, as well as being able to work quickly and accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills & communication in person, writing and over the phone is essential for this position. You must be IT literate especially with Microsoft office packages. Previous administration/reception experience is essential.
