Due to increased work load our client is looking to recruit a Administrator to join there improvement team for a immediate start in Middlesbrough.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 8.00am-4.00pm.
Main duties include:
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with enquiries from internal/ external customers
- Chasing suppliers for order status
- Dealing with drivers and organising routes
- Generating invoices
- Any other relevant duties
This is a fixed term contract for 10 months initially, this will be then be reviewed for the right candidate to lead to permanent.
Candidates must be available immediately, have a positive can do attitude and be computer literate with experience of Microsoft office in particular Microsoft excel.
