The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to take on extra duties and be flexible in their approach to work.
-Responsible for post; distribution, collection, preparation and sorting
-Preparation for client visits, meetings and internal meetings
-General telephone duties, answering calls and directing them to the correct pint of contact
-Typing of letters and correspondence for clients and senior managers
-Monitoring, recording and payment of internal invoice
-Office management – ordering stationary, monitoring of stock levels
