Administration Assistant, Dorchester, £18,000
Our client a leading technology company based in Dorchester have the requirement for an Administration Assistant to join their team for a 1 year fixed term contract. As Administration Assistant you'll be providing general administration assistance to the team and Management. In return you'll receive the opportunity to develop in an Administration role and you'll be a part of a friendly and supportive company that have lots of exciting plans of growth.
You'll be responsible for:-
- General Office Administration
- Welcoming Visitors
- Booking travel and hotels
- HR Administration
- Answering customer calls and directing enquires
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Previous Administration and/or Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English
- Good IT skills including MS Excel and Word
- Excellent accuracy skills
