Due to expansion, my client is looking for someone to join their small but successful business that is commutable from Stowmarket and Ipswich.
They are looking for someone that ideally has previous administration experience and if you have any knowledge of Mail Chimp, this will be an advantage but is not necessary as they will provide training. You must be a strong communicator, with a good attention to detail and have moderate computer skills.
The role will involve the following duties:
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Data entry of sales orders and purchase orders via the CRM system.
Coordinating transport for collections.
General administration duties.
Packing goods ready for dispatch.
This is a permanent position and the salary will be dependent on previous experience. They would be willing to take someone on part time for the right candidate if they are unable to work full time hours.
