Administration Assistant

Our Client is seeking to increase their office staffing with an Admin Assistant. The day to day tasks are varied but could include -

  • dealing with queries on the phone, by email and social media
  • greeting visitors at reception
  • typing letters and reports
  • updating computer records
  • printing and photocopying
  • ordering supplies
  • setting up meetings and taking notes during them
  • making travel arrangements for staff

You will need :

  • organisational skills
  • IT skills - proficient in the use of MS EXCEL is ESSENTIAL
  • number skills
  • excellent level of English spelling and grammar

Due to our Clients location you will require your own reliable transport.

Working hours are - 40 per week - 8.30am - 5.00pm ( some flexibility ). Monday to Friday

4 weeks Holiday per year plus paid Bank Holidays.
