Office Administrator

£18,000 + Pension

This position would suit an Office Administrator who is seeking a position within a small, established organisation where your contribution will really be valued.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing secretarial, administrative and customer service support in the office

- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with a wide range of enquires

- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and proposals

- Maintaining project details on computer system and providing administrative support

- Recording supplier invoices on computer system and maintaining spreadsheet report

- Managing insurance requirements for projects and maintaining H+S records
