We are currently on the search for an Administration Assistant to join our hard working team based in Walsall on a full time permanant basis. Experience is useful but not essential as in house training is provided.
The role entails:
- Taking incoming calls
- File management
- Greeting clients
- Organising travel arrangements and meetings
- Writing and sending out emails, faxes, memos, forms and letters
- Provide general support to visitors
The working hours will be 9 - 5, Monday to Friday with overtime available.
We are looking for a hard working individual who can work on incentive, deliver and show common sense in the execution of their duties and ensure that their work is carried out to a high standard.
