Administration Assistant

Family run, well established insurance led company based in the Cheadle area are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join their close knit team. Looking for recent graduates or candidates who have some administration experience, this role offers fantastic progression and brilliant opportunities to grow and develop.

You will have good IT skills, a positive attitude, accurate attention to detail, articulate telephone manner and the willingness to learn.

  • Administration and filing for insurance reports, proofreading details, entering onto the database
  • Taking telephone calls from claimants, insurance companies, and insurance agents
  • Working with other team members on suspected RTA's and theft cases
  • Co-ordinating diary management
  • Background checks on claimants, pre screening previous history using webcheck

Hours of work are 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, car parking is free, positive and dynamic office with many opportunities to progress for the right person!
