ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

This well respected city centre law firm has an opportunity for an Administration Assistant within the Remortgage team. Close to transport links in Leeds, this is a perfect entry level opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience and begin a career within a professional office. This is an interesting and varied role in which your duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Opening new files
  • Assisting with incoming telephone calls and making outbound calls
  • Obtaining and processing legal documents
  • Assisting with scanning, filing and photocopying duties when required

This is very much an entry level opportunity however there would be good longer term prospects for the right person.

Salary: up to £14,000

Hours: 9am - 5pm
