We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator / receptionist to join our busy Business Support team.

About the role

In a nutshell, the purpose of this role is to provide an exemplary support service to the people you work with and the clients we serve.

Day to day you’ll be supporting the Operations Director with a variety of tasks that are essential to the immediate day to the day running of the firm including archiving, database management, reception, IT and much more.

Our Business Support team is known for being professional and proactive, so we’ll be looking for you to respond swiftly and properly to all requests for support and always be 'ahead of the game’ and be a real 'problem solver’; ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

About you

You should be a confident administrator who is highly organized, solution focused, have excellent communication skills and be able to hit the ground running.

Strong IT skills are a must and you’ll need a valid driving license and transport for occasional, local travel.

You should also be a confident receptionist with the ability to understand and communicate with a broad range of clients.

We’d prefer it if you have direct experience of working within a professional services environment. However, if you’ve worked in a customer focused industry - retail for example, we’d like to hear from you and you will receive full training.
