They are now looking to recruit an Administration Assistant (4-month fixed term contract) to join them to provide high quality, professional and effective administrative support to a project team including the Project lead, ICT and Communications Team, ensuring that all information and documentation is accurately processed.

Compiling, updating and maintaining manual and computerised information records, you will maintain and update the diaries of team members and arrange and attend meetings on behalf of ICT/Project team; taking effective notes, highlighting follow up actions and maintaining the project plan.

Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems, you will answer general telephone enquiries using a professional and courteous manner, raise and process orders/invoices as and when required and preserve project files and accurately store project documents.

With a good standard of education and knowledge and experience of computer systems and software. e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook, candidates must have established communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and be capable of working collaboratively with others to deliver high quality services to customers.

A strong attention to detail, the ability to use own initiative and a commitment to deliver a high-quality customer service are all essential for the role.
