Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for Administration Coordinators for their client based in Cambridge.
The company are looking for Administration Coordinators to be based in their head quarters in Cambridge to assist with a selection of administration duties and assisting with customers on the phone to set people up on their in-house system.
Main Responsibilities: -Administration Coordinator
*Process enquiries and applications efficiently - Handling all Customer Service & Administration
*Maintain the in-house database, so strong administration / data-entry required
*Issue paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
*Be able to work closely with colleagues from various departments and
*Provide a fast and efficient welcoming service for all internal and external
*Be proactive and effective in the reaching the end result
Experience Required:-Administration Coordinator
*Educated to A level or above ideally
*Excellent Administration skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Strong Customer Service skills
*Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Excellent professional customer support knowledge
*Competent user of Microsoft office package
*If you have an additional Language this is also a plus but not necessary (Desirable)
The full time Administration Assistant roles are on Fixed Term Contract based in Central Cambridge. They will be for 6 months contracts, with the possibility of extension or even go permanent. The firm will be looking for someone to start on the 3rd April 2018 & also 30th April 2018, working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30. The salary will be ranging from £17,000 - £19,000 DOE PA + company benefits.
