You will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Alcohol and Drug Health Improvement Team. You will be expected to effectively co-ordinate all tasks associated with this job and work as a member of the team, although initiative, flexibility and daily decision making is essential. You will be expected to maintain a database for local service in Alcohol Brief Interventions. You will be required to prioritise your workload and respond to changing circumstances ensuring that urgent requests and deadlines are met. You will endeavour to resolve issues locally but will know when to seek advice from the Alcohol and Drugs Health Improvement team. It is essential you have experience of working in an administration role and in developing and managing databases. You will require sound knowledge of a range of administrative practices and must be able to operate independently. Experience is required in workload management and problem solving across the work area. The post is 20 hours per week worked Monday to Friday. Days of work /hours per day are negotiable.
