My client is a growing organisation who supply the retail trade across the UK. Due to a restructure, they are looking for a pro-active and forward thinking administrator who ideally, has some experience within the logistics and distribution sector.
Working within the office with a team of 6 others, duties include:
Liaising with suppliers and updating details
Resolving customer queries and dealing with complaints
Organising office administration systems
Health and safety and fleet administration
Booking in deliveries for customers and updating if details change
Planning deliveries and associated administration
Communicating with all levels in the organisation
Use of MS Office and Autoroute
This is an exciting role for an ad administrator looking for a challenging and varied position. The full-time hours can be flexible to suit the successful candidate but need to be Monday-Friday.
