Administration and Customer Service Vacancy

You are looking to work for a large and expanding business in a role that encompasses both administration and customer service. You are perhaps looking for a great working environment with friendly and warm personalities all working towards the same customer service objectives. A role that is fulfilling, but at the same time does not have the kind of pressure that sometimes means you are still thinking about it at home!

You would be working between, the sales team and the customer. But no worries, this is not, a sales position. There is a whole different team that does this! You will be providing customer support for, the sales team, in effect, they are your customers too.

With some Excel skills you are happy working with spreadsheets and familiar with an office environment. Good ability to prioritise and good attention to detail.

The role is based on the Whiteley Business Park, it is a full time permanent position, within a friendly and professional team. This is not a call centre role either. You will ideally, need your own transport, but there is free on site parking available. The closest rail way stop is Swanwick.
