We are an established business, rapidly growing and based in Bradley Stoke Bristol. Our proposition to clients is to offer an Holistic Service focusing on Accounting and Tax Advice, along with Financial Services, Estate Planning and Trust Advice. We look after the needs of a group of clients, all of whom are professionals, being either Contractors, Individuals or Business Owners based in the UK.

The role is to assist the Financial Director in dealing with the day to day duties carried out when supporting and developing our business relationships. Such duties will involve both existing clients and new prospects. The role is dynamic and diverse.

The successful candidate will be required to have a basic understanding but not technical application of Accounting and Bookkeeping disciplines for data recording. They will need to be a team player with a "Can Do" work ethic. There will be an opportunity within the role for personal development, with the potential for studying for relevant qualifications as the business continues to grow.

Duties will be office and telephone based and include:

Undertake administrative duties on behalf of the FD in support of the client experience.

Liaising with clients.

Preparing source documents received from clients and their third parties, for computer entry. Compiling, sorting, and organising documentation for recording on cloud based databanks. Resolving questionable data & setting daily priorities.

Liaising with outside agencies (HMRC, Companies House, HR and Recruitment Counterparts) under the direction of the FD, for and on behalf of clients.

Maintaining CRM, to include basic data entry on SAGE accounting software.

Skills and qualifications:

Previous experience in a client facing office environment essential.

Appropriate knowledge and working application of all Microsoft Office packages. Familiarity with SAGE or similar an advantage.

Excellent telephone manner.

Good command of written communication essential - numeracy skills essential.
