Admin - within a sales Department

Our client based in Redhill is looking for a admin person to join their sales team. Would suit a graduate with no experience or a experienced administrator.

Main Responsibilities;

*To provide full operational support for the Sales teams.
*Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments, and managing dispatch of contracts & documentation.
*Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist the smooth running of the Operations team function.
*To ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
