Are you immediately available? My client based in Gillingham, are seeking an efficient administrator to assist them with the workload this New Year! We are looking for someone with strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, who is self motivated and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will have worked within an Admin role in the past, and have strong administration and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Some responsibilities include;

  • Data entry
  • Collating data
  • Logging and closing work orders
  • Updating engineering works on their internal system
  • Using Word and Excel (must be comfortable using large spreadsheets with lots of data)
  • Daily reporting
