PG Project Support personnel are expected to build and maintain effective working relationships within Aviva and its partners including:

*Programme Manager
*Team members both within Programme and project teams.
*COO Governance Team
*C, D and E level stakeholders
*External partners including but not limited to - AdminRe, RBS.
*All stakeholders associated with the E2E rectification flow, e.g. Tracesmart, Oracle, CADM etc.

*All essential learning
*Understand the end to end flow: the nature of demand & an areas' purpose, system conditions and organisation structure, products, processes and IT systems
*Experience of operating in a change & BAU environment and of supporting change collaboratively.
*Awareness of the market / financial services industry and regulatory / legislation framework governing it.
*Knowledge/understanding of Systems Thinking fundamentals

*Data analysis

*Working as part of a broader team
*Effective verbal and written communication
*Stakeholder engagement, negotiating and influencing skills
*Planning and organisational skills for self and others
*Excellent time management
*Proficient with all tools used within E2E rectification flow, e.g. excel mail merge, Oracle, cheque emulation etc
