We are seeking a proactive & experienced individual to join our Sittingbourne based client in their administrative team as an Admin Assistant/Receptionist.
The role will be based in the reception area and incorporates a variety of administrative tasks.
Role will include (but not limited to):
- Act as one of the first points of contact for the company, to both clients & suppliers, via the telephone & in person.
- Preparation of rooms for seminars, webinars & meetings including the organisation of refreshments.
- Setting up new clients on our database.
- Processing of client payments.
- Assisting with Credit Control, when required.
- Providing support to the office manager & senior management.
- Processing outgoing post.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 9am -5.15pm.
