Admin/Receptionist - Maternity Cover
Redex Recruitment are currently working with a leading construction business based in Loughton, Essex. Due to recent change they now require an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity leave.
Working hours will be 8am - 5pm (Monday-Friday) Competitive salary dependent on experience £18,000 - £25,000.
- Answering switchboard and coordinating calls and messages effectively
- Greet guests to head office for meetings and ad-hoc visits
- Provide refreshments for guest and staff meetings
- Opening and distribution of incoming post
- Logging and franking of outgoing post and coordinating couriers
- Monitoring, distributing and processing incomings emails
- Supporting all functions with general administration
- Typing, Collation of departmental and external report, Printing, Minute taking, writing and distribution
- Data entry
- Sourcing and ordering office supplies/stationery
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous although training and support will be provided. Due to this role being an immediate requirement please only apply if available upon a short/no notice period.
