Admin - Prior experience is essential

Office admin required in Watford.

Salary: 18,000
Hours: 9am-5pm

Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for an articulate admin to join their team in central Watford. This role has a clear progression plan to move into other departments within their company.

The Role:

*The admin role requires outbound calls to investment providers for updates on letter of authority's and information requests
*Effective communication between staff is a key requirement for this role. The consultants rely on you to update them on provider chasing for their clients.
*Ad-hoc liaising with clients to request additional documentation as and when requested by the provider/ consultant
*Updating spreadsheets to track the progress of information requests
*Working closely with the head of client services to produce annual reviews. Once the annual review has been completed by the consultant - send out a review pack to the client.

*Communication (both written and verbal)
*Excellent attention to detail

*Experience with using Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
*Experience with Outlook
*Experience with Google Calendar
