Our client is seeking a skilful Admin/Operations Manager who can provide first rate operational support and has the ability to lead by example. The duties of this role are endless, as well as supporting the HR, finance, facilities and legal teams which will require you to utilise your first rate communication skills to ensure all areas of the company run smoothly, you will also have to use your own initiative, think on your feet and be able to work independently to succeed in this high pressured environment.
This role is suitable for an ambitious Admin/Operations manager who has at least 3 years experience in a similar role. As the firm has only recently moved to new premises the ideal candidate would have experience of office moves, running projects involving space planning and office set up. This role is based on reception, you will be responsible for social secretarial duties, planning company events, and generally ensuring the smooth running of company operations.
