Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an Admin Officer. This is a temporary role based in High Wycombe and will run temporarily initially.

Salary/Hours: £9.97, based on experience, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with an hour for lunch) - total hours to be worked are 37 hours in the week

Job Description/Key Responsibilities
Administrative Officers are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system or provide support to other functions within HMCTS.

In some positions, role holders will have regular contact with court/tribunal users, including members of the Judiciary and the legal profession. Administrative Officers work within a team with regular management support.

Whilst the post holder will be allocated to a specific office base, there may be a need for flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis at other local HMCTS offices.

Working as part of a flexible team, the postholder will be expected to undertake a range of the functions and responsibilities specified.

You must be confident dealing with the public and have a good customer service attitude.

Candidate Requirements
In this role you will need to be;

" Organised
" Able to communicate effectively with the public as well as employees/officials
" Basic computer and Microsoft skills

Qualifications
" You will need to provide 3 years of complete references
" You will need to pass an enhanced DBS check and BPSS
" You will receive training so no previous experience is necessary but administrative and/or customer service experience is appreciated
