Our client's main focus is providing third-party certification to companies operating as suppliers to the Packaging and Storage & Distribution industry. They are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to provide support to all departments in their growing team across all aspects of the business operation. Duties will include:

  • Updating customer records and data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Formatting documents utilizing a variety of Microsoft Office packages
  • Electronic scanning and filing of documents
  • Liaising with customers and auditors by telephone and email
  • Upholding professional codes of conduct and confidentiality at all times
  • Liaising with other company departments and staff

Applicants should possess demonstrable experience in a similar role and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (with a deeper technical knowledge of I.T systems being an advantage) is also required. The successful candidate will be organized, understand the importance of attention to detail and will possess excellent communication skills.
