We have an immediate requirement for an Admin Officer with knowledge of Sage Line to join our very busy office in Mumbles Swansea. To begin with, the role will be 3 days a week however it is anticipated, for the right individual the role will become a full time in the near future.

Suitable Applicants should have prior admin and accounts experience ideally being confident with Sage Line 50 software. Your duties within the role will cover Sales ledger, raising invoices and credits, purchase ledger, inputting invoices and credit control. It is anticipated that this role will also cover Data Control, maintaining GDPR best practice and a variety of Penguin specific administration tasks. Penguin Recruitment is a hardworking and lively office, this role will best suit an individual who wishes to participate in our active, work hard, enjoy life, team based environment..

Penguin has 4 offices in Mumbles employing 30 staff.

The role is immediate and we will be staging interviews next week. Applicants must be able to work from home if necessary and as such you will require a reliable laptop, internet connection and telephone.
