Admin support for Customer Service Team temporary job in Rotherham immediate start.

Your new company
Working for a leading manufacturing company in Rotherham you will be part of a busy and productive customer service department . Due to a recent upturn in business and a busy time of year this company requires additional support on a temporary basis starting with immediate effect.

This is a temporary job and successful applicants need to be able to start work with immediate effect and not be on notice.

This position will be temporary from March 2018 - July 2018.

Your new role
You will report to the Sales Director and provide full customer service support. You will ideally have worked within a manufacturing company previously and be able to demonstrate on application having held a similar role previously and able to complete the duties outlined below;

-Handling customer calls and taking customer orders
-Processing customer orders onto an ERP system
-Providing updates to customers on the status of orders
-Liaising with internal departments and producing up to update order reports
-Sales admin duties , filing orders , archiving information on the system
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel required

What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available to start work
You will be a proven administrator with good customer service / sales order processing skills
You will be able to commit to temporary work in Rotherham for the foreseeable
