Admin & Credit Controller

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful engineering company based near Fleet. Reporting to the Office & Operations Support Manager, the Credit Controller will form part of a small friendly team in a busy and varied role, assisting with general administration and other departments as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Chasing payments and following legal procedure as necessary
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Processing parking and London charges
  • Printing daily job sheets
  • General office admin including filing, managing post, ordering stationery etc.

Key requirements:

  • Confident, proactive and positive nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Focused, with high attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Hard-working, punctual and capable of multi-tasking


Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
