Part Time Franchise Coordinator | 16 Hours a Week | Cambridge | Up to £24,000
Your new role
In your role as Franchise Coordinator you will:
*Research and resolve franchisee inquiries/problems including, but not limited to, those relating to: equipment, suppliers, transmission of sales information, and compliance issues.
*Data entry for sales entry and sales corrections, requesting sales and basic fixed information. Maintain accurate information in files or database. *Reviewing equipment orders for new, remodelling or relocating restaurants. Review equipment lists for completeness and compliance with company policy, and work with regional offices to move stores through the construction phase quickly. Contribute towards meeting or exceeding annual company goals for development.
*Work with development offices to ensure store evaluations are received.
*Scanning and imaging of equipment orders, construction and coordination related forms and sales reports.
* Assisting with the answering of the UK Freephone calls, dealing with all enquiries from the public. Processing customer comments and responsibility for logging and following up complaints for assigned territories.
What you'll need to succeed
This is an office based position and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Ability to tactfully interact with a variety of individuals internally and externally. Confident telephone manner. Strong organizational and time management skills. IT literate. Team player and ability to be proactive and have a problem solving approach.
