The main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Using our in-house system for recording information to enable quotations to be sent
  • Carrying out contract specific training/enrolment for employees
  • Ensure accuracy of scheduling work information
  • Inputting of material lists for site teams, liaising with logistics team for accuracy and time-scale
  • Assisting with Health and Safety documentation, specific to contractor requirements
  • Call handling, making and taking telephone calls and ensuring all messages are passed onto relevant parties
  • Providing cover and administration support for other members of the team in their absence
  • General administration duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying etc.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
