This is a great co-ordination role at the heart of the business. You will be receiving jobs from other team members to assist in co-ordinating maintenance type repairs around the country for retired people living in managed blocks. It is a busy role requiring you to deal with the customers, take a brief of the problem and then organise approved contractors.
The job is really interesting as it is a standalone role which you can really 'own’. You will be sole point of contact for the maintenance issues which need to be logged into the computer system and then sorted. You will contact approved engineers to send them out to the customer to repair the problem and then will complete the associated paperwork.
The ideal candidate
You need to be available to start work immediately for a handover and need to commit long term (at least 3-4 months). Clearly you need to be well organised and able to juggle a busy workload and also you need to enjoy dealing with people.
