Band/Pay rate: £9.21 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

The Role-

Can you bring your excellent administration skills and knowledge to our Endoscopy unit?

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for an Administrator at Friarage Hospital. The administrator will be providing the following support to the Endoscopy unit team:

- Requesting of patient notes using E-Camis system

- Preparing notes for endoscopy lists.

-Answering telephone calls, dealing with any enquiries in a professional manner.

- Admitting and discharging of patients.

- General administrative and clerical procedures including receiving and sending e-mails, filing, photocopying, scanning of documents and faxing as required

The skills required are:

-NHS experience

-Experience in a similar role

- Knowledge of E-Camis – desirable

- Must be reliable.
