School Admin Assistant - Part time - Temporary - Nottingham

Your new school
Hays are working with an Academy in Nottingham who are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant in their office. You will be working for a temporary period on a part time basis.

Your new role
You will be working in the school office amongst a small team of other support staff. You will be dealing with general administrative duties, greeting parents, students and school visitors, dealing with the daily attendance, inputting confidential information onto school systems.

What you'll need to succeed
Clear communication and strong organisational skills are essential for this role. You will be required to use SIMS, Microsoft, Outlook and Excel so experience using these systems is desirable. You must already have a fully enhanced DBS or be willing to process one.
