To provide a friendly, efficient and effective first point of contact for all school stakeholders, including parents, staff and learners – and all visitors to the school.
Transactions will be face to face, on the telephone, by email or in writing.
To provide administrative support to the school, including the use of a range of IT systems, including EXCEL.
• Working as a member of the team to share best practice in relation to the development and review of effective and efficient administrative systems, protocols and procedures.
• Assisting with the preparation of requisitions.
• Suggesting improvements to administrative standards and procedures
• Assisting with first aid provision when required.
Interviews will be held on 25 June 2019.
