Temporary job for an Admin Assistant based in Carmarthen

You will be working for a reputable public sector organisation based in Carmarthen

Your new role
You will be responsible for answering the phone and transferring calls to relevant departments/organisations. You will be dealing with email correspondence and recording email and phone enquiries on a database. You will be required to type letters and attend meetings where you will take minutes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent experience of working in an Administrative post. You will be competent in minute taking. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will be IT literate and have experience of working on bespoke databases and Microsoft Office.

What you'll get in return
You will get to join a reputable organisation on a temporary basis. You will be paid £9.81 per hour and work Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 until 31st March 2019 with possible extension.
