An exciting opportunity to join our enthusiatic team providing lettings and property management services to landlords and tenants from our offices in Godalming.
The position of Admin Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
Answering phone calls & dealing with enquiries
General office duties such as filing, ordering stationery, writing letters, responding to e-mails, dealing with post, drawing up legal documents from templates and completing administration tasks for other team members
Arranging property viewings
Managing property repairs, taking property repair requests from tenants, gaining consent from landlords and arranging repair works with contractors
Ensuring data is accurately input and updated on our database systems
Taking card payments and processing financial transactions
