Our client, a market leading manufacturing company is looking to recruit an admin assistant to their expanding team.
Admin Assistant main roles and responsibilities will be to:
*Update company bespoke software systems with accurate business information
*Maintaining company asset register software
*Process shipment paperwork for export accurately and produce job sheets for production in our factory.
*Handling calls and office communication.
*You must be professional & organised in your approach to the above responsibilities as accuracy is essential.
*You will possess good basic qualifications and have some commercial experience in an admin role whereby updating company & technical information accurately was a key component.
