Admin Assistant

The post holder will provide the operational areas with an efficient and high quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of each department, whilst adhering to department processes and targets and that client and customer relationships are managed to a professional and exceptionally high standard.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in an administration role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages inc.word,excel & outlook
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
  • Team player
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative
