We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on behalf of our client in Ruislip. Do you have 5 years administration experience with strong written and oral communication skills? Are you an articulate and confident communicator with excellent telephone skills? Do you have strong Microsoft office skills? If the answer is yes, this role is for you!!
- Provide administrative support to line manager
- Responsible for day to day operation of team in manager’s absence
- Screen and handle phone calls
- Manage daily incoming email and correspondence
- Provide reports, presentations and other meeting documentation
- Arrange internal meetings and assist with diary management
- Check and process orders and corresponding paperwork
- Assist with H&S meetings and Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Liaise with staff, subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage petty cash
