Answering the phone ( will need good English and good phone manor) and ability to understand customer requirements this will involve talking to builder account customers and members of the public for Skip Hire
In putting information using bespoke skip hire software ( training will be given ) making sure all emailed orders are added to this system correctly.
Working with other members of the team to see that all orders are completed.

This is a short break down of the job the person should have previous hire office experience the hours are 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and every 4th Saturday AM 07.30 to 12.00.
