Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a leading association based in East Grinstead who are currently searching for a professional Admin Assistant to join their team.
The successful individual will provide general support in order to help the business continue in its ongoing success.
The ideal person will be a motivated, self-starter who is flexible and adaptable in their approach to work.
*Updating the company database
*Organising meetings and preparing documents
*Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
*Responding to emails
*Providing support to the Directors and Office Administrator
Suitable individuals will be highly organised with a strong office background, excellent telephone manner and be a proactive member of the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is ultimately looking for a position where they can progress into a more senior role but who currently has strong administrative experience.
This is a Temporary position ongoing until at least December 2018 but likely to go on longer.
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Hourly pay of £7.83 - £8.15 DOE
