My client, a well-established and busy Law firm, with multiple offices and an enviable client list, seeks an Admin Assistant to join its friendly support team in their Reading office.
We are looking for someone who is bright, confident, has good interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and great IT skills.
The main duties of this role will include;
Client liaison, responding to queries via telephone and email, liaising with other departments and preparing reports.
Compile and prepare standard documents for various external offices
Various other office administrative tasks.
You must be good at managing your own work, conscious of deadlines and a great team player.
