An extremely sociable and dynamic company in the West End is seeking a super switched on and friendly Admin Assistant to join their welcoming and successful team.
Due to expansion this is a newly created Admin role whereby you will assist that team with that smooth running of the office offering admin support where required.

Working for an award-winning European Property Investment and Asset Management business based in a creative office environment you will be working closely with the Executive Assistant and duties will include;
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Inbound calls and gatekeeping
- Administrative support for all team
- Diary management and meeting room booking
- Preparation of monthly expenses
- Filing, binding and printing
- Ensuring the office is restocked with stationery and supplies
- Courier and post
Most importantly, this role requires a willingness to do ad-hoc requests as required, along with a forward-thinking approach to help the smooth running of the office and team. The appointment will initially be on a 6-month contract to assist with the launch, but there is scope to create a permanent position.
